Love all of Onyxnox's cards, but especially the tiger, the blue gingham, and the angel wings cards. Still think the ones I got are the absolute best though!  Grin

I received from ale0059 and kfad yesterday. Wonderful cards from each!

These were from kfad: several thank you notes, a Thanksgiving card, and a jar of joy. For some reason the colors are faded in appearance in the photo, but are actually much more intense in shade.

Several birthday cards, a Hello note, and a Christmas card.

More Christmas cards. The trees have silver stickles as ornaments and are on a silver dotted background.

And a set of cute gift tags with tiny pom-pom and velvet ribbon trims.

Then these came from ale0059, Halloween monsters with coordinating origami-style envelopes. Since we have four female family members with Halloween birthdays (one on Oct. 30th, the other three on Oct. 31st), the monsters may be wishing them a Happy Birthday rather than a Happy Halloween. The kids will love them! Much more fun than the usual cards they get!

Thank you both so much!

I love seeing the different styles that everyone is using - very inspiring!  Great cards so far!  I just got the rest of my packages, but haven't opened them yet as I am just about to leave the house.  When I get home, I will open them then and post pics soon!

My computer screen is being a bit wonky and having trouble seeing some of the pics, so hopefully I have them labelled correctly...

Anyways, I received my remaining three packages yesterday/today, from blupaisan, flygirl88, and our esteemed organizer gala_apples...  be prepared, this is super pic heavy (at least until my battery started flashing...

From flygirl88 - she sent me a gorgeous set of elegant cards.

Anyways - these are two cute cards in black and white; I love the framing and the patterned backgrounds - very elegant!

These are very pretty copper embossed birds on brown kraft paper - also very pretty and elegant.

These are also done with brown kraft, and I love the contrast of the colours on the brown kraft - love the ombre colours of the butterflies too!

then I saw these - LOVE THESE!!!!!  Dead Parrot Monty PYTHON CARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She also sent me extras of a set of mini-heart cut out cards - fantastic - I love mini cards too!

Thank you so much flygirl88!

These are from blupaisan - were you psychically linked with kbrison???  I received origami cards in her set too!

I love this - an origami frog in a pocket in the front of the card, and inside - Hoppy Birthday!  Perfect, I have a frog loving friend this is going to!

I love the colours of these - the blues and greens are so lovely and fresh.

Another origami one, also very apropos for another friend of mine, and I love the Asian inspired art on these - I thought they were stamped, but now I am wondering, did you do freehand dot art?  They are fantastic!  I think I will use the cat one for a another friend of mine who loves cats.

Thank you so much blupaisan - another set of unusual and beautiful cards

And last but not least, from our fearless leader, gala_apples - gorgeous sets of notecards that are perfect for swapping.

The upper left is patchwork hexies, and I love the various circles on the bottom two - cut and layered paper.  Those must have taken quite some time!

Is that a paint chip swatch on the flower card?  I also love the purple dot card and the gray thank you!

I definitely will not be wanting for notecards for awhile!  I love everything I got - thank you again to my fab partners kbrison, flygirl88, and blupaisan - and a double thanks to gala_apples  for organizing too!

Are blupaisan and I psychically linked? My mother claimed the females in our family were. Maybe Blu & I should check our family trees.  Grin

Love all those cards, but especially the stamped Asian designs. Flygirl's cards are so elegant; definitely a look I like.

Dinkime, is that a trifold card on the top row of the cards you made for smlrvn? Will closer shots be posted? They all look interesting, but it's hard to see the details.

Wonderwoman, did you use stencils, handcarved stamps, or some other method? Gives your cards a very art journal feel.

I received this afternoon from Gala, so will post those photos tomorrow when I have better light.
