So I decided that I needed to forgo everything else I had to do today to play with polymer clay. I made a Merida! (Well, and more, but she was my original thing I wanted to do) She got a little big and 3D for a necklace, so she became a keychain. Sadly, her hair got a little burned, but it still looks good. This is a pic before the oven.

And here is the slightly singed hair. I don't mind it as much because it gives her hair a little bit of depth, because it's a reddish brown, not black.

Because I still had  mixed clay left and she got a little big, I made a more suitable Merida necklace charm. Then I made a Belle for my best friend, because why not while I'm on a roll?

And here they are on their chains. Merida has two celtic knots and Belle has some recycled rose beads.

Hope you like them!

Perfect chains for the pendants.

And bigger can be better! (I like the burnt hair too!)

This makes me want to play with my poly clay again.   Smiley
