Where is everyone? Look what I've been doing!

Spinning that brown alpaca from a couple weeks ago at the market. 1/2 of the fleece gave me this weighing in at 10.6 oz and ~450 yards:

better color shot:

And I've continued to clean and dye some white alpaca fleece.
The purple fractured but I like it, and the pink only dyed on the one side of each bag, weird. I had 2 bags of each color and one of the purples came out much stronger than the other. Love it!

And a happy rainbow in a box! I need to sort out 4 more bags of white and then I'm gonna card them. Hopefully I will get them spun up and then ply the single with a silver strand of something. I'm so excited! Right now it's call Unicorn Sh*t in my head, but I'm sure after I spin it and have to tag it I will have a better name for it.

Thanks everyone! The purple wasn't how I was seeing it but I think it will be nice in the unicorn mash-up. Rodelphia, what is "Masham?" I've never heard of it before.

Its more of a coarse feeling wool. My sister gave it to me, she got it on etsy. It was a natural light brown, very pretty. Then I dyed it red-orange. Smiley
