Over a brief exchange with Ludi today it occurred to me that others may love some of our extinct animal friends too. So... how does everyone feel about an extinct-animal themed swap? (To take place in a couple of months, of course.) Grin

Not anytime soon, that's for sure! Wink I think most of us have really full craft schedules right now.

They are, aren't they? There's more... under sea... bugs...

I am drawn to this kind of artwork because of my love of all things nature. I have made scientific illustrations in the past for a college marine biology textbook. I am most definitely a nature-nerd! Cheesy

It is sad, but it will also raise awareness that more animals can go extinct if man does not intervene...there are a lot of animals on the endangered list...so many of them are beautiful and unusual birds, and my favorite, insects!

And the frogs too..sooo many cool frogs are gone.  They are trying to clone them, but I'm not much of a fan of cloning..

I'm not signing up for this swap, but the name of it caught my eye...did you know that another name for the dodo bird is gooneybird?  (The name just cracks me up!)  Grin
