Received an amazing "shrine" from Cryssoliel, this dissected toad!:

He's knit and felted!  I'm so pleased.  Thank you, Cryssoliel!   Kiss

Holy Moly that is one unique piece! Very very cool. I must know if the words dissected frog were actually in your wish list....  So unusual to have it made out of all fabricky stuff. Well done and a great start to the gallery!!!

I believe toads were on my wish list, but I had a picture of a similar dissected frog in my pinterest, so here I am fortunate to receive a shrine to a dead toad!  (We know it's a toad because the label says so.  Smiley )

Ok... So, here is how I came to decide to make this curious fellow... I combined frogs/toads with anatomy plus nonsense and artists choice. I truly had doubts about this guy. But he wanted very badly to go to Ludi's.

I couldn't be more thrilled!  He will definitely be a centerpiece in my cabinet of curiosities (aka downstairs bathroom) when I finally get it together!  Smiley

I can understand why you had doubts about that shrine. I would have. It takes guts (no pun intended. Really!!) to make such an unusual piece. But often those are the ones that really rock and yours surely does!
