I haven't seen the new Captain America movie yet, but a friend is absolutely obsessed with Bucky which piqued my interest and got me googling. And, well.. this happened. Wink

This is the first time I have used fleece for a doll's body, and to be honest, I only did so because I was out of deersuede and my package of supplies hadn't arrived (international mail - why you take so long?). In hindsight, I should have perhaps picked a different test subject - I have discoverd that is super hard to 'colour' on fleece properly, so Bucky's scruff and.... ~dramatic eye makeup~ was kind of a pain in the butt to do.

In the end though, I think he came out super cute.

His little face mask is removable, as is his glove. The mask messes up his hair a little bit but it's worth it. Wink

He can stand when he's propped against something (and they look so much bigger standing than sitting). He's 19inches in total length..

His clothing is made out of various types of fleece and minky. His arm is minky painted with metallic silver (and red) fabric paint.

Thanks for taking a look!~
