I brought this cool pocket watch cabochon to make a necklace, but I can't work out how to get the glass out! I'd like to replace it after putting things inside the watch, so I'd prefer not to break it, but just can't figure it out  Huh

I've included a (badly lit but hopefully still helpful) photo, and would really appreciate some advice! ^___^

Is it glued in?  If it is a type of glue holding it in, you could see if acetone may loosen it, if it is something like a krazy glue like adhesive or two part epoxy

Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be any glue on it. I am starting to think that this is just made wrong as my friend brought the same product but hers didn't have any glass in it. Very confusing! Thanks for your reply though Onyxnox  Smiley

these altered pocket watches are so cute, i hope you get yours worked out. i'm assuming the button on the top is the opening for the front, is there a way to open the metal on the back instead of removing the glass? i would try calling the manufacturer. i'm currently banging my head over a watch i can't snap the back onto, i'm going to call the manufacturer on monday. i hadn't thought about it just being made wrong, exchanging it may be my next step.
