Hi all,

I am new to Craftster so I am not too sure if I am posting in the proper section (I apologize if I am not).

Basically I am looking for a special type of spool or bobbin... I'm not even sure what you would call it, however I did find a photo. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what these are called and perhaps where I can find them? I am looking for a better way to organize some thick string I have that may be too large for those sewing machine bobbins and I like that these, in the photo, are squared allowing you to sit them up without rolling away...

Any help is MUCH appreciated!

if they fit into a machine (sewing, weaving, whatever) they're probably called bobbins.
If they're more for storage, they might be called reels.
dunno where to find them, maybe ebay?

Thank you staiconi, I did not think of looking for reels. I will see if it brings up anything relevant.
