Thanks everyone.  I was quite tickled with how it came out, so glad to see others like it too Grin

Stumpy is so funny! But wait a minute- does it glow in the dark? That would be awesome for finding one's pencils when one wakes up from a creative dream in the middle of the night and needs to sketch it before it flows away  Grin Grin

*SMACKS palm to forehead*  I must have been feverish!  No, it doesn't glow...what was I thinking??  But you are right BBB, that would have made it all the better.  Some kind of glowing moss sort of thing Grin

Thanks LimeR.  The secret to the glazed look is the stuff I coated it with.  I just went to get the name and it seems I have misplaced it in the mad laboratory organizing I've doing recently....It's like triple thick, or ultra thick...if I find it again I'll post it Grin

Awesome use of the roll, suereal. I love how Stumpy is also a pencil holder.  Smiley

suereal - It is truly baffling that this awesome enchanted craft came from a toilet paper roll! I love it. Thanks for taking the time to explain how you did it, I will definitely try this out one day!

I would never have guessed it was a TP roll - and yes, I like bog roll much more - sounds more poetic.  I would have also thought you spent hours on hours making that out of paper mache, paper clay, or making it out of polymer clay or resin clay - love that it is layers of paper and glue gun glue.  It looks fantastic!  What did you clear coat it with?
