So, I recently posted one of my favo projects I ever made, and though I am happy he lives with who he belongs with, I still miss him.  What about a swap where you get a project based on something you made and love, but will never see again?  So, since my project was an art doll, my partner would make me a painting or hoopla of him.  Point being, one would get a memento of something long out of your hands, and in a different medium?  Clearly not a swap for a complete newbie, but maybe you just joined and you sent of you first project and you wish to have it commemorated?

Like said, I just JUST thought of this.  I'm not in a place I could org it at the mo.  But I would certainly join this if anyone is interested in orging it.  Otherwise I might be able to do it in the fall

I think it should be a one object swap....perhaps based on what the partners might want to make.  So one would sign up saying they would make a small, medium or large and would get paired up that way...but I feel it should be a different medium than the project was originally created in..

What'cha think?

Not all of them though...some I'm kind of glad live far far away....by the way, has that portal to another dimension I sent you gotten any bigger lately? Grin

I think this is a cool idea Smiley  I rarely make the same thing twice, and there are a few old projects that I loved that I'd like a memento of.

I guess for me it would be my first Poppet I made for a swap. She really came together nicely & I loved making her. So I would like something in honer of her. A painting or maybe a hoopla, I guess a sculpture would be nice too!

I like this idea. I always swap things and plan to make another one for myself, but never do. It would be pretty cool to have something to remember it by.
