The locations are mainly those that appear in the credits, but the pattern was designed before season 4 finished, so I might be adding the Dreadfort, Moat Cailin and Sunspear to it.

I also made patterns for the Bolton, Martell, Mormont, Clegane, Seaworth, Reed, Baelish and Renly Baratheon sigils, but I didn't want to overwhelm the map!
