Yes, its a show. Nana is in the car waiting for Goldie to run back in and get something for work. Finds husband in bed with someone. Tells him its over too nicely. Nana goes back in the house toting her purse gun and compares him to a gherkin. Nana is played by Ellen Barkin.

I commented because people are no longer remembering those sayings. Kind of sad how we are losing the nuance of our language.
