Sorry if this has been covered already but i couldn't find it through the search function.

I'm looking to make a little angel about 5" high with the wings being made of wire which I would like to dip into something which would dry to have a clear plastic or glass effect. I guess the closest comparison i can make is by comparing it to "Dip it Fantasy Film" but I would like to add glow in the dark powder to it so that it glows. I also would prefer if the angel didn't give anyone cancer so im trying to steer clear of Dip It Fantasy Film.

Any help you guys can give is very much appreciated Smiley

I have never heard of dip it fantasy film, but you could try something like modeling film - it can be decorated or cut to shape, then heated to soften and shape and will retain the shaping, so it could make nice wings, without the wire if you want, and then painted with the glow in the dark paint.
