Okay so blame artsycandice for introducing me to mr finch's work. Wink
Who wants in on making a 3D bug!
Medium is open to anything 3D. For example fabric sculpture, clay, paper mache, arigurumi, knitted stuffie.
This swap is Not for cross stitch, hooplas, paper cards, painting and any 2 d crafts etc.
Must be 3D!
Bug ideas are endless, spiders, cicadas, ants, beetles, earwigs, moths, butterflies, bees, wasp, dragonfly, centerpede, millipede......I'm sure I've missed a whole heap.
You can ask for this to be a hanging piece, or shelf sitter.
Anyone want to volunteer to host? I can do it but it will be a while yet. I would rather do it sooner rather than later.

A Mr Finch crafted spider.

Swat those mosquitoes.

I did a few stints as a holiday decorating elf. I was temp crew for a company that did holiday decoration intallations for companies. One of our tree lighting crew would make spiders, dragonflies, you name it out of the florist wire and hide them in the trees. Occasionally a client would find these treasures.

I like this swap theme. no moderating for me...my job is too erratic at this time. But I will be a happy participant...but not this summer, tho it is bug time!

Just remember this would just be for 1 medium item... Maybe you could squeeze it in...
If no host volunteers, it would have to wait anyway Undecided
