Congrats QueenNinjaMonkey!  I honestly don't remember what any of my costumes were.  I did dress up as a black cat one year.  I'll say that one, since it's the only one I can remember.  I do remember my brother wearing some weird blow up costume that came out in the early 80's.  I also remember, covering some cardboard butterfly wings w/scraps of fabric for my little sister.  She wanted to be a butterfly that year.  She wore a black leotard and black leggings.

Congrats on getting engaged partner!
My fav costume as a kiddie...hmmmm I wore the same one for many years. I was a witch and I did not want another costume and honestly I think I only remember being a strawberry shortcake character besides the witch.
My grown up costumes have consisted of Velma from Scooby, a fairy, zombie cheerleader, flapper, Wonder woman and a nun. To name a few hahaha  Cheesy

My favorite costume wasnt as a child.  Though being a cow was cool.  My favorite was 2 years ago when I dressed up as a gothic living doll.

Check In Question:
What was your favorite childhood Halloween costume?

3rd grade, Alex Trebek (I wanted to be a game show host growing up).  We spray painted my hair silver, bought a real cheap gray suit at the thrift store, I had giant cue cards... one guy thought I was a Young Republican, though.

My wife and I are medical recreationists. One year we had a "what would a newbie wear to an event" theme. I wore a fun fur viking outfit with a giant horned helmet.. Also made of fun fur

Playing check-in question catch up.....we get TONS of trick or treaters and my favorite costume from childhood was dressing up as an ironworker like my daddy.

Calixita, no worries about colors! I'm sure I'll love whatever Halloween goodness you come up with:) Btw, I'll be in your neck of the woods next week. We are vacationing in Cape Cod and are going to hit up Boston on the way there. Can't wait!
