Absolutely in awe of this my dear.  They are all stunning, but I'm especially enamored of the sushi, which is my favorite food.  Just amazing.  ::Rocks::

Thank you  Cheesy Kiss

I just did my first French knots and a going to have to work on more consistent size, some are big and loose and some are smaller and tighter.

It's all about maintaining a constant level of tension on the floss. But that being said, I'm not perfect and sometime end up with looser knots. If you're doing a big cluster of them just do a few more knots on top of the loose one and it'll cover it up.

Love the spider! Especially love the use of beads for the eyes. I'm always amazed what a good medium embroidery is for creating entomologically correct insects. (And arachnids, of course!)

Wow, these are so neat!  I think your technique looks perfect, made up or not, it totally works. I can't decide if I like the bug and clover better, or the the bug and mushroom!  And the sushi is such a funny idea.  When I saw it, I didn't think off-center, I though 'room for chopsticks!'  Grin Thanks for sharing!

Amazing work!  I particularly like the clover and mushroom.

The melted cheese (!) looks great too.  IMHO French knots are such a satisfying stitch!

you're just starting?!  I don't believe you!  Cheesy

seriously, these are all amazing (except the spider.  I can't bring myself to look at it.  I hate spiders that much).

These are wonderful!! I think I love the spider best, but they're all fab!!

My favourite method is making it up as you go along Wink
