I had the idea to make jewellery out of yarn, but for a while I couldn't get my head around how to do it, and get the results I was after.  One day, it all clicked, and here's the results.  Beads, silk wire, thread and a couple finding. They are pretty stunning, if I do say so myself. Wink

I didn't get how you did it until I saw the first necklace (which happens to be my fave of the bunch). Then I had an ah-ha moment (although I still might not get it 100%...). You're genius!

The usually soft yarn juxtaposed with the hardness of the rocks is really cool. The thread on the gold yarn/red rock one is really pretty. Did you happen to spin these? These really look spun.
