My 100's are prepped and ready to roll.  But the way I was going to put them together did not work out as planned, so I'm on the hunt for a different material, or perhaps a different technique, to make my 100's into a thingy....

I counted out my 100 things, laid them out the way I think they should go, and discovered that I need almost 200 other thingies to connect them. How does that math work?  Angry

I absolutely will not buy anything for this challenge, so it's off to the stash to see if this is even possible.

hhmmm...100 hundred sets of two things in similar but not exact sizes?

And I'm refusing to buy anything either...though some previous to this challenge buying did occur...so it's not 100% recycled  Grin

So many intriguing comments!

I finished up mine yesterday, and while I don't think the pictures do it just, I do think the end result (and the intent of it) was worth the cramped fingers, paper cuts, headaches from trying to think up enough "positive" words, and the heat stroke...

This was something both very old and very new for me, it was fun!  Thanks, Craftster, for pushing my boundaries!

would using the liquid content of 100 'containers' count, if the containers no longer exist after project is complete?

Looking for Sophia the first fabric and Frozen fabric (preferably flannel, but would settle for cotton) and Phoomph.  I'm in Canada and the companies are that I could order from charge $20-$30 shipping, so if anybody can find some and wants to swap/sell, I would be eternally greatfull.

I have a really good idea, but can we use more than 100 pieces of a certain thing to make a total of 100 finished objects in the piece?

For instance, say you wanted to build 100 robots out of legos and glue them onto a piece of cardboard. Could you use more than 100 legos?

I know that idea sounds ridiculous, but I don't want to give anything away.

Oh my gosh!  Thrilled!  I'm in the same boat as several others--never check the challenge theme in time to participate; never have the time; haven't participated in a l-o-n-g time...  I'm all over this one, though!  As soon as I saw the theme, I knew exactly what I was going to do and with what.  I finished it today and got a couple of pictures before my dogs (the camera hogs) interrupted.  Can't wait to see what everyone else is making!!!

Hmmm, I only just saw this.  I wonder if I have time to whip something up to enter for a laugh?  I have an idea, so that's a start!  Roll Eyes

I think that one might be too much of a stretch. Cheesy  Maybe your units of measure would be your 100 things instead?  Even then, I'm not totally sold on it, ha!
