Here she is:

I used a piece of fabric left over from making my wedding dress as applique for her dress. I used a new stitch for me, the Palestrina knot, to create an abstract pattern on the underside of her skirt:

Her face is a little wonky, but I'm pretty excited about her hair! I sewed on 6-strand tresses at the "roots," then styled them and sewed them into placed:

The title? I asked my husband for a suggestion, and he thought I should reference the movie, "The Seven Year Itch." Since we've been married for only 3 1/2 years and I had used leftover fabric from my wedding dress, "The Three 1/2 Year Itch" seemed appropriate! Here she is framed and on the wall of my craft room:

Thanks for looking.

This is done so beautifully! So awesome that you posted it on her birthday even. I was wanting to do this challenge but didn't get the time. I still need to go make your twinchies!
