I love felted anything...that owl on a very unusual spool is so cute!

I think I am in love with spool ornaments now...

Other than drilling the rock, I can't figure out how that spool would stay put.  Huh How is it affixed?

Felting things that are less than an inch is super hard! I'm quite impressed with the whee little owl Cheesy

That spooky spool ornament is so pretty. I love how everyone took such different routes on their spools!

Wow, tiny owls and beautiful ornaments. The spoolish variety is astounding. So many ideas for the next round. My partner and I have to wait as we both sent just a few days ago and it is overseas. Wonder who will win the race? It's the waiting that is so hard. Makes a bit of an opening for swap anxiety. No, everything is awesome and my spool will be loved as I will love the spool that is coming my way.

We must do this again in the fall (halloweenish or holidayish) don't ya think?

Love the teeny owl.  I think we do need a holidayish spool swap, Cmarion3!

thanks, and I'm so glad you like my wee owl Ludi.

The 'tree stump' is two stacked tiny wooden spools, with some felted bark.  The base is a felted rock.  The stump is glued on top.  Smiley

The hanging spool is gorgeous, I love the black on black.
