When I first started crocheting, I made a tiny Death Star for my husband. At the time I was happy with it, but I decided to try again to see if I could improve it. Umm, there's a big difference between the two! The picture above is the new one, and the one below is my first attempt. I made them both mostly the same way (sphere, small bowl shape attached for laser), the difference is that with the first one I tried weaving in the black line and on the second I crocheted a chain and sewed it on. I made these about a year and a half apart from each other, so I guess the practice really is making a difference ^___^
