So my husband gifted me a lovely little pitcher plant for my birthday, and I have developed a full-blown obsession with carnivorous plants.  Sundews, pitcher plants, venus fly traps; just imagine the possibilities!  T-shirts, painted sneakers, hoopla!, wall art, totes, bags, jewelry!  Anyone interested?

lol I am also a fan of carnivorous plants...real and imaginary...they are so interesting and beautiful...not sure I can join in on a swap right now as I have some personal duties to take care, but I would love to see any projects made if the swap takes off!

I am swap booked through June, and I will be on vacation till mid July, so it would have to be a late summer swap. Is that later enough for you Ludi?
How about you alwaysinmyroom? Would you be able to then?

Yay! I'm glad there's some interest!   Grin

yes--that would be great...I wish my flytrap would eat stink bugs...I wonder if I can find a plant that will eat them...off to research...we have pitcher plants growing along our creek...I wonder if I could dig one up to bring inside?  What kind of care does it require?

That is awesome, awesome that you live somewhere where they can be found in the wild!  I live in a desert of sorts, and I've never seen them growing wild and don't even hold any hope of ever seeing that in person.  I still have my care sheet and I'll pm you with the info!

I love this idea too!  I'll make a note to myself to keep a spot open for this in late July.  Cheesy
