The punkins thing is awesome. I think did something similar a couple years ago and wore my husband out on punkin.

I'm trying this recipe http://www.somethingswanky.com/peanut-butter-butterscotch-fudge/ (I found via Pinterest) right now. It was a "Hey, let's check our Pinterest, Ooh, that looks good let's make it RIGHT NOW" kind of moment. We had a whole box of butterscotch from a dumb whore ex friend that I've been wanting to get rid of for a while now. This took 2 bags! Weee! Now I'm down to 3 bags and I think I don't have to worry about it anymore. 3 bags is not too much to have on hand, right? Well, the fudge, after licking spoon after I put the pan in the fridge to cool for the night, seems pretty good! I'm glad I found that recipe. Super quick and easy.

Okay, between now and Thanksgiving I am going to PUMPKIN ALL THE THINGS.  Well, once a week.  And Pinterest has some great pumpkin recipes.

Tee-hee, this made me laugh out loud.  Grin

I'm glad people are insterested in pumpkin, I think my FB friends are getting weary of just seeing pumpkin pumpkin pumpkin (craft) pumpkin pumpkin from me!  Smiley

Pumpkin all the Things Week 3 - Pumpkin Latte! We went from annoyingly sticky and hot to quite crisp and cool in the space of a few days, so it's time for a warm drink...

    Recipe is here

Okay, this is one of the few times I have to admit, fresh is not better. Add the step of "straining your latte" if you're using real pumpkin, unless you have an uber-blender and get it really, really smooth. Latte with strings of pumpkin is just weird. But I did strain it, and it was... okay? I like pumpkin, and I like coffee, but... honestly, I think there are better combinations out there. Not bad, and I did finish it, but... I'd rather have a mocha latte!

lol I am not a fan of pumpkin coffee or donuts...they are serving those two things around here...but, it is still interesting to see pumpkin become a star during the fall!  I love MOST pumpkin things...have your tried pumpkin ravioli?  I got the recipe on Pinterest last year...it is different!

I love butternut squash ravioli, I bet the pumpkin is good too! With a sauce of butter, fried sage leaves, and walnuts!

Definitely need the sage and nuts!  You can use canned pumpkin but fresh tastes a bit better and has more fiber...I make my own ravioli but you can use store bought and fill them...

Here are my homemade Twix bars.  I actually made two pans for sharing and forgot to grab extra caramel so mine are a bit lacking in that department but are still really good.

      Here is the inspiration pin
