When is an organizer supposed to enter feedback? I keep waiting and missing swaps. There is nothing in the faq.

It should be entered within a week of receipt of the package. I've completed my duties and that gives the recipient and the organizer time to complete their end of things. Otherwise there shouldn't be a limit on how many swaps I can enter because it doesn't reflect the actual number of swaps I have in progress.

have you tried submitting a help ticket to the swap mods? they've been really helpful whenever I've had swap issues

I've been able to get feedback as soon as I asked for it.   Smiley

There isn't a rule for when organizers should enter feedback upon completion of your swap commitments (just that they do) but that being said the general expectation is 1-2 weeks.  Sometimes organizers forget or the feedback was improperly entered- a spelling mistake would result in your profile not being updated for example. I would pm the organizer first, if you don't hear back from them the best thing to do is open a Help Desk ticket (with links to the swap gallery if your partner posted and a copy of any related pms) and once of the swap mods will take care of it for you Smiley

But if you do need your feedback right away to join another swap it never hurts to ask-most organizers are happy to help you out Smiley

You might PM the organizer(s) and ask.  I always give someone their feedback if they just let me know they're waiting for it.

I know I'm not the world's best organizer, but in general, I won't post feedback until at least the send-out date.  I usually work 7 days a week, and well into the evening several days a week.  When organizing, I can plan around submitting feedback to some extent, so that's what I plan for.  And on the flip side, if I have very late senders (who are so late they've already received negative feedback, and are several weeks late), I generally haven't accounted for it in my scheduling, so when they suddenly reappear and suddenly send, I admit I'm not the quickest at changing their feedback.

Combine this with my computer which hasn't been wanting to use the internet and ain't nobody got time fo dat.

However, usually, a friendly message asking for early feedback helps, since I totally understand wanting to free up the space; I just can't keep tabs on individual people's swapping situations, so there's not really a way for me to know unless you ask. (And then I usually do my best to get it changed.)

When I organize, I prefer to do feedback in groups so usually I'll do a chunk or two a week. That said, if someone PMs needing feedback sooner, I never mind doing a one-off!!
