I don't know about anyone else, but my kiddo and I are totally ready to begin creating for this years fairy garden. (kiddo says we have an enchanted tree that must be decorated- unfortunately last years wooden homes rotted during the cooler months)

I thought, perhaps, others share the same creative itch!? It could be where we share all things fairy/enchanted garden what we are into....planting, creating little homes for them, anything fairy garden related...

Anyone interested?  Grin

I love it!   Cheesy  I'd like to create an enchanted toad garden, but we have so many digging varmints, I'm sure they would overturn anything I create.  My enchanted garden may have to remain conceptual or artificial (in my real house  Sad )

Hey! Indoor or outdoor would work  Cheesy I don't think fairies, or the like, are limited to the great outdoors.

We have trouble with Canadian geese in our back yard as we have had about 20+ at a time here recently, and they tend to make quite the mess...so portions of our enchanted fairy place will be suspended in the wonderful tree I had mentioned. Kiddo has already been making sparkly, trinket dangling, tassels. She's used bells, charms, buttons, & beads, creating them to hang from its branches.  Smiley (will take photos soon)

Currently there aren't any ferns growing beneath it, so I think she wants us to transplant some so they can use the seeds for invisibility purposes. Maybe the geese wont bother them too much. Smiley

Ha!  In the trees!  Brilliant - I could make an enchanted wren garden!   Wrens are just like pixies anyway.   Cheesy

Yep! I think that would be great, Ludi! Also...according to my kiddo, fairies ride on birds backs anyway especially when they are tired. So I bet the wrens and fairies would both be appreciative. Smiley

Yay! The more the merrier! I think this will be fun Smiley
I have been looking at pinterest at ideas for various fairy garden projects....painted rocks, etc.
Soon I will be on a beach trip where I plan to hunt for a zillion sea shells to get crafty with. I can totally see them being wonderful shingles for houses, etc.

I just saw this!  I made a fairy garden in our old busted wheel barrow this year!  I planted it back in March sometime and its completely grown over!  Smiley  Then I have a galvanized tub that the bottom rusted out of forever ago so it got placed next to the wheel barrow and filled with plants!  I'll have to take some pictures and post!  Cheesy
