I'm on to plan B as well - back at work after two weeks off. Thought I would hit it out of the park with all my crafty intenetions but worked on making new curtains for my 4 apartment windows instead.

But back at work, I asked the 5-year-olds their thoughts and they helped form the second idea.

After a cackle chat this morning, I set aside Spool Project #1 and continued with SP2. Loads of progress has been made just today! While I do love SP1 and will finish it, SP2 is better for my partner. I promise it will be worthy of shelf space, Pottermouth! 😝

I just finished mine!  I had to walk away before I glued anything else on it.   Roll Eyes

In exciting news, PerfectlyBohemian and her hubby are driving this way for brunch and a farm visit on Saturday so we can swap in person.   Cackle is also coming.  Knickers, why don't you stop by as well and you guys can swap in person, too?  There will be scones.  Just saying.... Cheesy

I'm so excited  Grin

I managed to decide how I'm doing the part that I couldn't decide how I wanted to do! I even did some of it during my lunch today. I'll definitely be using a couple more craft sessions to finish up because I'm working in small time slots. My husband and I have been staying pretty busy lately (had a house guest from DC for the weekend, hosted a fondue party on Saturday night, hosted a craft meetup on Sunday afternoon, have a date night with my hubby tonight, joined a flag football team at work that starts practice this week, agreed to go to a movie in the park at Booth Amphitheater with a gal from my craft meetup group on Thursday, etc. Tongue ).

I cannot wait for Saturday though! It might be the highlight of my month Grin

I plan to send tomorrow.  I will be sad to see it go; it's one of my favorite things I've made.  But it is going to a good home.  Smiley

I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

It's going to be fantabulous and I've already made space in the "gallery". Can't wait!

Yours has been sent off today, KC. After numerous flops with finishing it off, I finally managed to complete it to my liking. Should arrive on Friday!

If only I could project my visions directly from my mind!

Yes, the "Maker Mind Machine" that with the touch of a button takes the brilliant idea from one's mind and turns it into a stunning work of art!   Cheesy

Yes, direct hookup to a mind controlled 3D printer. Perfect. OR...perfectly dangerous!

I just glued the last pieces in place, almost ready for a photo shoot. Have to call in the stylists, caterers and paparazzi. Then, package up and send on Saturday. Whoo!
