I like to write little stories to go along with my paintings. One of my favorites is the Housekeepers... it started out as one painting, but I was asked to do more (how could I say no. Smiley ) Here is the story and the paintings:

Guardian Monsters with golden hearts who have done well in keeping children safe from bad dreams (usually by lingering under beds at night where they can chase the nightmares away) are sometimes raised up to become House Keepers...monsters who hold an entire home in their hands, keeping it as best as they can from all the dangers of the world.
