I have been making tiny printable miniatures for a group of friends who all collect Blythe dolls, and I thought it would be fun to share them here, too. All the printables are available on my blog, in case you want to print them, too.

First up is a coloring book. My friends and I had a tea party with a springtime theme, so I brought Easter eggs with little coloring books inside. Printable available here.

Before that, we had a little doll meet for Valentine's Day, so I brought everyone tiny Valentines. Making the teeny envelopes was so much fun! Printable available here.

The miniature that started it all was this tiny newspaper I made for a friend for Christmas. She did a lot of work to organize a Blythe doll convention here in Portland, and the doll made it to the front cover of one of our local newspapers, so I made her a tiny version for her doll. Printable available here.

All of these miniatures are 1/6 scale, so I create them by measuring the human-sized object and dividing the dimensions by six. It's lots of fun, and I have a bunch more ideas that I want to make. I hope you enjoy them!

Cool mini paper-goods accessories!  Where'd you get the tiny colored pencils?

I have four of the Hasbro Littlest Pet Shop mini Blythes, but none of the larger "real" ones like those pictured.

Thanks for the comments, everyone! I'm so glad you guys like these. Smiley

The tiny colored pencils came from the Home & Garden Powell's (Portland's "legendary" independent bookstore), but I just did an Amazon search for them and found them there, too. I've seen them at the Japanese bookstore in town, too.

The full-size Blythe dolls are pretty fun to play with! I have two that I got in a trade with a friend. They're kind of pricey, but you can find good deals on them on Ebay sometimes, which makes it easier to get into the hobby. Although, I will warn that the hobby is kind of addictive. I can't stop looking for perfect little miniatures, now!
