I finally took pics of my intention doll from the beautiful & very talented "P_E_S_T"  OK if I read her writing right here are the intentions:

She is turquoise -  the color of hope.

The sea glass, Wrap over and over for years in the brings much energy to you.

The reiki symbol is on her back- a sewn 7 and the spiral from metal-the whole symbol is 7 sewn on the spiral and represents power and strength. Also thought it looked like a turtle shell.

Jolene thinks it looks like a Sea - Angel.  Yes I do too, very Angelic! I love the color turquoise!
I truly love her:

She has little pretty sequins all around her body.

Here's her Reiki symbol on her back. Also her pretty hair waving in the breeze. I'm not sure of the stitch, is it crouching? Is it where you stitch over another piece of thread or ribbon? I really like it. Will have to try it. Oh your box was well tape, wasn't sure how I was going to get into it at first but I did. LOL! It did get a little crumple but it was just fine. Hope mind goes through just as good!

Thank you so very much "P_E_S_T" I just love her! Yours should be coming soon! It's a little bigger & don't forget to look in the bottom of the box kind of under the crumple pieces of papers OK?  Thanks for being my Partner!

Oh Jolene another very pretty felted Intention doll! When we first met here, I noticed that you could felt and I was hoping you would make a felted doll. You made such precious, beautiful dolls!

I love her colour and the Reiki symbol. The sequins make her sparkle! You did a marvelous job!  Cheesy

Stupendous partner for both Shari and me! Thanks a lot!  Kiss

Grasshopper received her doll and so here are some pictures, the doll represents "Living in the Moment".

The dolls body was embroidered in swirls of French Knots before putting it together.

Close up of Doll.

The arms were done in silk ribbon roses and vines.

Her hair was made with layers of silk ribbons, eyelash yarn, and lots of beads in sizes 10 and 15 seed beads.

Finally for her butt I made yo-yos and sewed and stuffed them to the doll.  To finish I embroidered running stitch circles to accentuate her bottom.

Unfortunately the earrings on the doll didn't show up well in the pictures.  At each ear is a clear crystal leaf with a chain between them and an amethyst drop.

Thanks everyone for such a fun swap!

Love that bodacious boo-tay. What a fun doll!

And P.S. - I'm so jealous of your French knot-making abilities - I've got to keep practicing.

"Madcrafter" She is beautiful!  All the embroidery work Wow!  Love the roses & vines. I do see the crystal leafs & the chain,  but don't see the amethyst drop, but she's adorable anyway!  Great design & work!

Thank you all for your kind remarks!  Everyone made such beautiful dolls!  The hardest part of making this doll was her beaded strands for hair.  After I mailed the doll I realized how much of myself I put into the doll.  The big butt and I couldn't make her breasts.  I am a 10 year survivor of breast cancer and have a big butt!

Smmarrt my French Knots are good through a lot of practice.  Last year I wanted to do a portrait embroidery so I found a portrait by Picasso that was done in a pointillists style.  So I interpreted the points as French Knots.  I am still working on it but here is a link to my last picture http://ravingsofamadcrafter.blogspot.com/2013/09/woman-with-mantilla-revisited.html  All the French Knots were done with one strand of floss looped once around a straw needle.

Thank you all!  I hope we all get to do another swap together!
