I used the base of a Living Dead Doll box to make this purse - it was super easy! I wanted this project to be super easy so I used hot glue to attach the faux leather and satin ribbon over the box, and also to attach the zip. The strap is made from a length of chain that I threaded through two holes that I made in the top of the box and then joined together with a jump ring inside the purse.

I think another glue might have been better, because there are parts where the hot glue can be seen underneath the ribbon and a glue that dried clearer might have been better. Nonetheless, it was a fun project and I like how it turned out! ^___^

Awesome! This has a very Gothic Lolita vibe to it; I recall seeing a coffin purse for over 100 dollars in one of those specialized Loli webshops. It's epic that you made one yourself! ^_^
