Itís throwback Thursday ha ha!  I finally got this throw quilt put together from Round 1 of the Quilt Block unicorn zombie apocalypse (circa early 2010).  I asked for wonky log cabin blocks that were in a color palette from a quilt I saw at Cabelaís (I didnít like their quilt Ė just the colors lol).  These blocks were made by MareMare, sloth003, EnginerdLisa, and green r my tear$I donít think I got everyone, so please PM me if I left you off.  I went back through the chainswarm & tried to match up blocks to people, but I didnít see all the blocks posted in the chainswarm.

I framed each of the blocks with a strip of off white.  For the back, I used Amy Butlerís Alchemy Queen Annís Butterflies in ruby (it says ruby but I think the color is more rust.  For the binding, I used Amy Butlerís Wind Flowers in Stainless.  The long arming was done in a gold thread

ghoulish how different people can make the blocks using their own fabrics and how it comes together so beautifully!

I eat the colors!
