I want to make a corset style bodice. I'm pretty good at following patterns, and I can make basic mods. Upsizing patterns is not a strength of mine. I cannot make my own patterns. I have tried and tried, and they were all epic fails so I don't even bother anymore.

I cannot for the life of me find a corset style bodice pattern that will work with my 52" bust. Does anyone have a magic pattern number in their back pocket that Google hasn't given me?

Thanks! I bookmarked it for later.

For now, I found a pattern that I think I can fairly easily size up. We'll see how it turns out.

Well I traced the pattern and made what I think will be appropriate mods. I have the first few pieces cut out of this horrible fabric that the 80's threw up on. I have enough for a few different trials if this first one fails miserably.

I hope to have the last of the pieces cut out and to hit the machine tonight.
