Whenever I think of top hats I think of whimsical, fun, and quirky characters, they just look so fun! I decided to make a few of my own. The tall version (called Black Cherry) was inspired by a red and black dress I have. The strawberry short cake version is a little shorter. Either or, the size is perfect for anyone of any age to wear Smiley

Needed: 4.5 mm hook, 3.0 mm hook, Size 4 yarn (recommended: Red Heart & Caron Simply Soft), accessories  like buttons/ribbon/lace/feathers/beads. Optional: Head band, hair clips

Abbreviations:
Sc Single stitch
Sl st Slip stitch
Dc Double crochet
2tog Decrease stitch
Ch Chain
