Pleasantly Malformed

...I admire your dandylions.

This is part of my yearly job as sewing obsessed mother to dress myself and others in historical clothes. This year is regency. This particular costume is Burda 9528, wherein I made the coat, the vest (waistcoat) and the fall front pants. Im hoping having my adorable son fully clothed will encourage me to sew my sisters, moms and own dresses. They're a bit more difficult.

REDICULOUS amount of photos on my blog. (Mainly proud mama photos very few construction ones)

Snark. I just made dandilion wine. It will be ready October. Halloween Brew.
Your little guy costume looks sweet.
I can't wait to see your newer posts. For your new outfits.
I stitch up vintage, myself. And collect the fabrics for that.
I like your little guy job. He looks happy in it.

!!!!

I am totally blown away by how exceedingly dapper your young man looks in his outfit! I wish I had even half your skill at sewing because I'd make stuff like this all the time. I LOVE the Regency Era.
