This isn't about anything we've done but at one show in northern Vermont there was an exhibitor next to us from New York City selling body lotions and stuff that she made.

Vermonters are a very practical people. There aren't a lot of frills up here. But this woman had a ton of makeup on, which I guess is normal for the city.

Two women were walking past and when they got in front of my booth one said to the other: "I've never seen so much war paint on one person."
