I've made a journal with the coptic stitch. It was interesting to learn how to do it. I don't remember where online I found the tutorial..I think YouTube. And yes, for being an artist...my handwriting sucks, too. But I am a righty. I wrote this quote for my daughter when she was having speech issues: I THOUGHT I WAS RIGHT TO WRITE WITH MY RIGHT, BUT I LEFT MY LEFT HAND OUT. Her issues with the "R" sound.  We recited it back and forth in the car on the way to school. She is a lefty.

Very nice journal. I am afraid to text in mine, too. I usually print the text, or just glue in pictures, etc. Other people tell me they like the way I write, but I don't agree. It is legible, but just looks sloppy.
