Maybe oats, nuts of some sort, chocolate and a banana? The banana makes is stick together.
Just an idea.  I like the sound of it though  Roll Eyes

Whoaa more tasty chocolately inspiration.. thank you! I will have to remember them if I ever make a trip to Sweden. I was thinking to replace half of the seeds for oats and possibly use orange juice to loosen the mix. I have my porridge with orange juice rather than milk, so I just think that would work well, esp with the chocolate... mmm..
How long do these keep for?

I didn't think of orange juice as i don't really like chocolate/orange, but if you do, then go for it! I don't know how long they last, unfortunately. I kept mine in the fridge and they were gone after a few days (had an exam coming up). But they will probably last at least a week if not longer!

The banana is a really good idea! Love banana and coconut together <3
