The gallery looks amazing so far, I'm happy I didn't really look at it before I finished, I would get too much anxiety;) Can't wait to see more, though!

Ooh I love the floral one - sunprints (I'm presuming?) are always so pretty  Grin The bee print is fantastic too. Are those honeycomb shapes done with a paper tube Abbee? Great job!

Yay! I'm so glad you like them, goatgoddess! I'm so excited to see what you've made!

LOVE that tree and bird fabric from EdelC! So much carving!!

Ooh I love the floral one - sunprints (I'm presuming?) are always so pretty  Grin The bee print is fantastic too. Are those honeycomb shapes done with a paper tube Abbee? Great job!

Thanks sheepBlue! I actually used a spray bottle and fabric inks for the flowers. No sun dyeing (although that is something I've been wanting to try forever!).

The honeycombs in the bee fabric is from a stamp I made with eraser pieces mounted on wood. I tried to use the stamp with a flour resist to give the background the same pattern, but it washed out more than I wanted, so I added the honeycomb accents. Both the honeycomb and the bee (carved from an eraser) were stamped with fabric inks.

I had a great time making them and trying new techniques. Love this swap!
