I made this sweet rainy day dolly amigurimi for my  husband's cousin's daugther's 3rd birthday.  I had bought a copy of a doll pattern and accessory book at JoAnn's and I'd been anxious to craft one. With this rainy weather, I thought the rain coat and boot accessories was just the right thing.  I used Red Heart yarn; I'm finding I'm really like the sturdiness of that yarn for ami's. It measures about 20" long.  If you're interested, I have more detailed info about it on my blog.  I'm really proud of how she turned out. She could, quite possibly, be my best amigurimi yet.

Thanks for looking!

So sweet. I love the way you did her hair and the expression on her face.  I also like the rainy day outfit.

Very cute! Are the clothes removeable? Look like they might be. Nice touch if they are.

Yes!  They are removeable!  I didn't have time for a shirt,  but there's the boots, coat, skirt, and hat.
