I created this piece for Graphic 45 with their Typography line (which I LOVE).

The base is a Walnut Hollow Innkeeper Signboard to which chipboard gears, and a slew of bits and bobs have been applied.

The little burnt out lightbulbs were found at the bottom of a box of junk we bought at auction last year. SEE there is a reason to keep absolutely everything!

The gears are chipboard pieces from Gina's Designs which have been painted with copper paint and then distressed.

The "Let me think" is from a vintage kid's book that I tear into on a semi regular basis.

A complete supply list is available on my blog  Kiss

This is so fun. And I am taking your statement "there's a reason to keep absolutely everything" and making that into a plaque!

Thanks so much for sharing.

This is beautiful, knickers! I love your placement and assembly of "stuff". And you're correct: there IS a reason to keep everything!
