Try and add some melted chocolade to the nutbutter: totally adictive.  Grin

Little tip for those without high speed blenders;
Just pour boilling water over your nuts ( ahum) and just let it stand for 30 minutes.
Any blender will turn them into nutbutter than .

Yes!
You can soak them in cold water, but hot water just speeds it up.
If i make nutbutter without soaking it will take forever and i do have to stop  a few times else my foodprocessor will overheat.
If i soak them , it takes about 10 minutes and no overheating.
I figured soaking is cheaper as buying a new high speed blender.

Doing this with flavored nuts is great, too. I love it with Honey Roasted Peanuts, NOM NOM NOM! I really want to make an inappropriate joke right now but I'm not witty sometimes, sorry.
