What a fun idea. I really like the layout of your yard. Was it professionally landscaped?

P.S. Have you ever thought of designing invitations professionally?

Oh, you are too sweet! The path was here when we bought the house...I just sort of drew what I saw from my picture window after a storm had blown all of the twigs around...of course, the flowers are not up yet, so I had to embellish a bit...I looked on the internet for most of my nuts and found thousands of sites but most of them were blocked by my firewall...and some of them wanted money...for nut pictures?  no way!!!

Ha Ha Ha!  This reminds me of the "Schweddy Balls" skit from SNL.

On a serious note, last year my Hubby rode in the Nut-Up-or-Shut-Up motorcycle rally.  All the riders who traveled the greatest distance to be there were awarded a pair of golden nuts (plastic walnuts painted gold) presented to them in a small silver mesh bag with a ribbon drawstring.  Let me tell you my Hubby is more proud of his golden nut sack than any other award he's ever gotten.  His golden nuts hang proudly in the kitchen on the horns of his buffalo head bottle opener.
