Well, I got an awesome bee steam punk pin, so you are well on your way to making more lovely things I am sure!

Looks like an inspiring book!

lol Averia...you know each time I buy anything blue, I automatically think of you...but, I think maybe your fondness of blue has spread because it is now a color on a lot of people's lists, including Anne's and mine! Grin...(I wish I had bought extra now to save when I finally claim you! Grin)

It's a great book!  Thanks Always!  I do a fair amount of steampunk already, but it's always nice to get a little inspiration!  Smiley

I am really loving all the wonderful things in this gallery.  Most of the craziness in my life is on hold for a bit so hopefully I'll get a claim in soon.

Woops, Always goofed up and sent the fabric for me to Anne? Could it be? Maybe she was thinking Anne would want to make something blue and white for me? The bag is gorgeous! I love the zipper pull!

I was thinking the same! We'll see with what I come up. Cheesy
Although I was also planning to maybe make a peek-a-boo sack from the polkadot fabric (and I still have two cut out from months ago... somewhere...).

I have blue on my list? For me? Oh. I might want to check that and make sure it tips towards teal, must have been for something very specific. And, as Always pointed out, many people like blue, so a good part of these fabrics might turn up in the OWS gallery again... planning already...

Oh, and never ever be afraid to send me something black! Black is good!

Here are the items that I Sew Silly sent me...

Watercolor painting of a Psalms verse with sunrise and sunset, which I just love! Some doilies that are round, and some that are rectangular, and some washi tape.

So happy you liked it all  Smiley
When I saw you liked artwork, suns, and scripture, I couldn't help but to use that particular Psalm and wrap it all up into one. Grin
There should be 4 large rectangular doilies and 2  medium rounds. ( I am hoping all made it there cause I had help packing and was doing so in a hurry before the post office closed) I love the traditional rounds, but hoped you would like the rectangular ones as well cause they were just so different than ones I usually see.
As for the washi tape, we have been getting washi crazy around here lately so I sent some your way to spread the joy! Grin

Hope your little grandson is perking up!

Love the fabric that anna received!  Such pretty colors.

Steampunk isn't really my thing but I KNOW utm will make gorgeous pieces inspired by that book!

What a lovely painting.  A very nice way to incorporate three likes into one!

yup ISS all the doilies arrived, I just grabbed one of each for the photo Smiley

Logan is getting a bit cabin feverish so when I got home from brunch with my birth mom who drove out from oregon (she's 77) and then hitting as many thrift stores as i could find, an oil change and a ham and cheese from hardees and fries from mcdonalds (yes im that picky LOL and they are just across the road from one another) I packed him in my car to hit our local thrift store only to find at 4:05 pm they closed at 4. i told him they just closed and will be open at 9 tomorrow. He said "Well Gogah we will just have to be back here at 9 then, so don't forget that I told you." hes so cute! I got him 3 button down short sleeve shirts 1 size larger so he can get dressed easier, putting anything on over a sling is not easy when you are 4.

I need to do a wee bit of tweeking on KittyKill's one item, as its way to faint and I want it to POP!

Alwaysinmyroom, that bag rocks!

I Sew Silly, did you make that rectangular doily?  It's a gorgeous pattern!

Love the Peanuts ornaments too!

AND, of course supplies are always super fun! In fact, I received my package of supplies from Alliecat### last week.  Sorry, it's taken me a minute to post, it's been a busy weekend.

Anyway, she got me a variety of fun stuff and included a motherload of awesome naturey-buggy charms!  I love everything!  Thanks Alliecat!

i received my package from kittykill!  behold . . .

my new jackalope hoop!  it goes oh so perfectly in my shabby faux mythical hunting lodge themed breezeway.  the wood grain background is spot on, and i love the terrifying look in his eye.

thanks so much kittykill!
