oh bummer! But what could it be?!!  Cheesy  I finished another item last night. I'm really hoping to get on with this last one and finish it today. I will have a total of 4 items and an unanticipated extra  Wink

Does anyone else find it annoying when the postal worker doesn't/can't leave a package when you are not home.  I'm guessing my package from my partner is what is going to be waiting for me to pick up at the post office.  So annoying since I ended up passing the driver on my way home.  We even waved to each other.

and then he laughed all the way back to the depot Grin

I have finally finished my larger item. Now I just have extras to play with...should send after the weekend I think.

3 of 3 finished! Thinking about extras, but it's nice to know I'm done if I have to be.

It truly is a weight lifted off my shoulders to know that my partner has received...now just to see the photos of what she got!  (That's one of my favorite parts of swapping!  Grin)

Just as well Kookaloo_star... I have been very naughty and got distracted from working on my swap items by the arrival of this baby yesterday...

Behold my great-grandma's sewing machine, given to her in 1922 by her husband on the birth of her first daughter. She clothed her whole family (including my mum and auntie whom she looked after). It was very dirty from 35 years hiding in an attic but the action is still working.

Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked I am SERIOUSLY envious! I have a hand cranked 1928 Singer but have always wanted a treadle too. Such a heirloom,if only it could talk the tales it would tell.

Gorgeous... I got the treadle one that my MIL inherited from her grandmother - she is not a sewer, but had it refinished and it still works, and has the accessories.  I love that yours is a Singer, as that is what my mother and grandmother have,  I have a 70s style Singer.  The brand may not be the best nowadays, but it carries a lot of sentimental weight with me.

I can't wait to see the gallery explode!
