Well welcome to Craftster and welcome to felting! This guys is very cute. Did you buy a kit? Is the scarf felting on to him or is it just tied around? Either way it works very well. I think the fuzzies make him look young, it adds to his character. Very cute.

You did so great.  I cannot believe it was your first time.  You clearly have talent.

The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. . . . I would rather have cheese.

He looks adorable!  I have been meaning to try out felting, I bought a kit and everything from the craft school -- and then went home and read the instructions and found out how labor intensive it was.  Huh  So that project is currently on hold.  Wink  When I do get around to it, I hope it comes out half as nice as yours, though!

It seems very intensive from reading the instructions in the kit but it in fact wasn't so bad. I would either just listen to music or watch a movie with the boyfriend while i was doing it. I am sure yours will turn out great! And I only poked myself once Smiley

Wow, that is beautiful.  You did a great job.  I must also say that the first thing I needle felted looked nothing like an animal, clearly you are very skilled from the start.
