I wanted to try some Easter cupcakes even though Easter is kind of far away.  They are devil's food mini cupcakes made with a recipe from "Hello, Cupcake!" (instead of water use one cup buttermilk, and instead of the number of eggs the mix calls for, use 4 eggs).  I used a star tip to make the grass and the eggs are jelly beans.





It made 48 cupcakes, plus I had batter left over (also, I ran out of frosting and had 4 cupcakes left that couldn't be iced).  I kept some for me and my bf and I'm taking the rest to work.  The people at work are going to love me.


This was my first time using a star tip and they were really fun to make.
