He is awesome...you did  a great job ... I can't wait to see Meryl...one handed?

Merle Grin
He's going to have both hands but I'm also making a piece to go over his arm so he can be one handed, too. My sister wants to be able to display him either way.

I have had this sun catcher pinned forever!  I decided to use it as inspiration and make one like it for my partner in the Random Swap.  I want to make one for myself and when I do I will do more like the one in the pin and put some smaller beads in.  All the big glass beads ended up being rather expensive!

Beautiful suncatcher! I'm sure it looks awesome either in a window or in the garden.

Thank everyone!  I wanted to keep both items for myself... I had to force myself to package them up and ship them off...

I think that's always a good sign. Great pinspired pieces!

well, I was inspired by lindyv321's PINTEREST post! Grin

I made myself a chevron necklace...

and a beaded suncatcher!

Plus, inspired by this:

http://www.pinterest.com/pin/62135669828898909/

I made this for Limeriot:

What they need to tell you is that it takes 9 different colors to get the ombre...that is 9 skeins that you then have to divide into 4 balls of each, so you are working with 36 balls of yarn...I love the look, but the cost and the PIA factor would limit who I would make this for...Lime was worth it!
