Hi Ladies just sent my questionnaire in!! YA so much fun! I love these swaps!!
If you haven't made these yet you are going to love making these! You can take these with you to work on, waiting at the Dr's office or on a break at work.  That's one reason why they are fun & easy to make. Can't wait for partners!!!

More swappers! Smiley Hooray! I almost took a detour to the fabric store on my way home today, but I figured I'd take a look in my stash first. I think I have a piece of fabric that I can use to make a practice patch... and start my new addiction Grin

LOL, noodle-bug! I haven't mastered filling out forms/typing on my phone, especially when the page orientation doesn't flip to "landscape." I don't have big hands, but somehow, my fingers seem to get fat when I try to type on the phone.

I was hoping to hit the store for some fabric pieces today, but I got caught at school with a couple of things that couldn't wait. And, when I was about a minute from the store, I realized that I left my phone at school, which had my coupon on it. By the time I made the trip back, I'd lost my enthusiasm for browsing for fabric (if you can believe it!). I think I can get there after the staff meeting tomorrow, and then maybe I can attempt a practice patch tomorrow night (I'm hoping to mostly have a scarf for charity finished up tonight before it's time for bed, which is in about 10 or 15 minutes!).

Oh gosh.... I really want to do this, but there are two other tempting swaps with similar timelines... decisions, decisions!  I'm also in the Altered Puzzle Swap, so I'll see how far along I am with that at the end of the month and make my decision accordingly.

Incidentally, if someone is thinking about signing up, but wants to go very low commitment (say, 1 patch only), that would work well for me, so let me know if you'd be interested in partnering up!

vincentvanbuck, I'm leaning towards fewer patches with each partner, myself so there's one possible partner! Smiley

I picked up a 1/8 yard cut of fabric today to make a particular patch I had in mind. Now, I need to verify a piece of information, and then I can dig out the rest of the supplies to make my very first patch!!

I will post a picture this weekend, I hope!

I had so much fun with the last one I did! I'll keep an eye on this one, but I just joined the Art Doll swap and don't want to get overwhelmed. I'll see where I'm at closer to the end of sign-ups and then decide...

Hey "meowari" I understand what you mean about getting overwhelmed, but you could just get one partner & make 1 TM patch. Also make a bunch of patches up before hand have different colors & sizes & when you get your partner then put on the accessories when you know what her themes are. Just a Idea. I'm in the Art Doll Swap too!
There's "vincentvanbuck" that wants 1 partner & 1 Patch so there you are! I like more patches so I can finish my bag I've been trying to make for 3 yrs. I keep making other people there's HA! Anyway I would do a Personal swap with you if you want also?
