I love how the micro bears look like and have tried micro amigurumi too, so tried to make the smallest bear yet and it's surprising each time, that even though the things are tiny, they don't take less time than "regular size", if anything, then more time.

Needle felted pink bear, about 1cm in size and has the tiniest bellybutton Smiley

Hope you like! Smiley

Oh my goodness!! This couldn't be any cuter, petskin! You achieved such great detail in such a teeny tiny itty bitty bear. My eyes would have crossed trying to make anything so small.

How did you avoid pricking yourself with the felting needle when you were making this??

Thank You, Lime! Smiley

I think I didn't prick my fingers at all... must be the years of felting. I could never make things on foam board, so I always felt, while holding things with my fingers and I'm pretty good at not getting hit much Cheesy
(but the first time ever when I could hear the needle going into my finger and it was officially the worst stab, was just a week ago Cheesy and it was a bigger thing I was making).

I had forgotten how much I loved making teensy things- that's how I started- and I've been making more replicas and less of the things I actually enjoy making, so I'm trying to go back to my "roots" and rediscover the fun Smiley
(and what could be funner than teensy cuteness Smiley)

Super Cute!!!

Yes, small doesn't mean fast/quick/easy!! For people who don't needle felt that is often very difficult to grasp!  Cheesy =^..^=
