I am now totally inspired to make a bunch of purses to sell in a local boutique.  Our small town is busy in the summer and I think with pics of local sights.... hmmmm, I may be on to something.....

So the iron on transfer for dark colors was ironed onto brown vinyl?  Am I getting this right?   I'm thinking more nautical (for my area, here)....

Thanks for posting this!

Wow, I can't even remember where I put this bag. Smiley I haven't seen it in ages.
Oh well, thanks for the compliments anyway!
Scrappygirl085, it is a simple, brown canvas-like fabric, and the picture ont the bag, including the white sky is done with an iron-on for dark fabrics. The iron-on sheet on the heavy fabric made it look a bit like white leather. Smiley

Your bag is awesome! (And, I love how it looks with your coat in the picture where you're wearing it!)
